Liliana Melgar
Liliana Melgar is a librarian graduated at the University of Antioquia (Colombia, 2007). She holds an MA in digital libraries by a consortium of European universities (Oslo, Tallinn and Parma, 2009), along with a specialization in audiovisual documentation by Carlos III University (Madrid, 2010). Currently she is working on her doctoral thesis, about motion pictures indexing, at the same university, under the supervision of Dr. Eva Mendez, a metadata expert. Liliana has also worked in public libraries and an arts documentation center in Colombia, and has participated in some national and international projects related to information management.
